Under det senaste året har intresset för inglasning av balkongerna ökat i vår samfällighetsförening.
Anthony Ojanne och Danish Bhat, som båda bor i huset, har tagit in flera offerter från leverantörer med olika förslag på inglasningar.
Den 27 juni 2024 hölls ett möte med flera fastighetsägare inom samfälligheten där det beslutades att Lumon ska åta sig uppdraget med bygglov och utförande av inglasning.
När bygglovet är beviljat kan de första beställningarna göras. Lumon kommer att sköta all kommunikation med fastighetsägare.

Are you interested in enclosing your balcony?
Over the past year, the interest in enclosing balconies has increased in our community association.
Anthony Ojanne and Danish Bhat, who both live in the building, have obtained several quotes from suppliers with different proposals for balcony enclosures.
On June 27, 2024, a meeting was held with several property owners within the community association where it was decided that Lumon will take on the project with obtaining building permits and carrying out the enclosure.
Once the building permit is approved, the first orders can be placed. Lumon will handle all communication with property owners. The quote is published on the website under "documents".

Avslag på bygglov från Stockholms Stad / Rejection of building permit from Stockholms Stad
Hej,
Vi vill informera er om att vi har ansökt om bygglov från Stockholm Stad för inglasning av balkonger i hela byggnaden. Tyvärr har vår ansökan blivit avslagen.
Vi har tillsammans med inglasningsfirman Lumon beslutat att överklaga detta beslut till Länsstyrelsen. Just nu inväntar vi besked och hoppas få svar redan under första kvartalet av 2025.
Vi kommer att hålla er uppdaterade med ny information löpande.

Hello,
We would like to inform you that we have applied for a building permit from the City of Stockholm for the glazing of balconies throughout the building. Unfortunately, our application has been rejected.
Together with the glazing company Lumon, we have decided to appeal this decision to Länsstyrelsen. We are currently awaiting a response and hope to receive an answer in the first quarter of 2025.
We will keep you updated with new information as it becomes available.
